dc.description.abstract**Please note that the full text is embargoed** ABSTRACT: Gyroscopic motion is simulated by applying a molecular dynamics formulation to a rigid hexahedron. The conservative dynamical differential equations are solved numerically in such a fashion that all the system invariants are preserved. The difficult problem of nonsymmetry is emphasized. Examples of the complex motions which result are described and discussed.en
