I am an Assistant Professor of Psychology at the University of Texas at Arlington. My research focuses primarily on the impact of technology use in organizational settings. Within this topic area, my research addresses topics such as (a) the use of social media in employment settings (e.g., cybervetting in employee selection), (b) the examination of employee behaviors classified as being either antisocial (e.g., workplace deviance, cyberbullying) or prosocial (e.g., organizational citizenship behavior), and (c) the assessment of employee personality and culture and their impact on work outcomes.
