dc.description.abstract	Please note that the full text is embargoed ABSTRACT: In this paper a detailed analysis of numerical schemes for treatment of free surfaces is presented. The kinematic free surface condition is solved by a new numerical scheme that, using the proper boundary conditions, conserves the total fluid volume. Some comparisons are given on a sample test problem.	en
