City of Kennedale Compensation Analysis

**Please note that the full text is embargoed** ABSTRACT: The City of Kennedale has tasked our project team with developing a compensation plan that will act as a compliment to the organizational philosophies. Additionally through fact-finding research we will provide the sentiments regarding the organization and the compensation gathered by way of an employee survey and an executive team focus group. Lastly we perform a market comparative analysis to provide a comprehensive scope of the information needed to develop a compensation structure that is responsive to the market.
