Design work from the 1994 spring semester, Studio Martin Price, School of Architecture, The University of Texas at Arlington. Warsaw Housing. The multi-unit dwellings are positioned at a lake in a beautiful park in Warsaw. The horizontal profile of the rhythmically-placed units raise upward and lower downward to resonate with the undulating profiles of the trees. The water is extended into the landscape to distribute lake frontage throughout the site. The continuous rows of units twist and turn creating a rhythm of lyrical lines which extend outward into the land, and extend the land inward into the dwellings. The units facing the busy street are wider, and provide for office space and shops at the lower level.en_US
