Dallas County recently purchased a site in downtown which the City's Master Plan has earmarked for a new County Courthouse to be constructed in 1995. The site is located at the northern edge of an open urban space which contains John F Kennedy Memorial Plaza and John Neely Bryan County Park. Existing on the site and providing an integral edge to the open urban square is the Purse Building, a warehouse constructed in the Chicago Style in 1898. Representatives of the County and the County Historic Commission have expressed an interest in incorporating the Purse Building into the design for the new Courthouse and redesigning the square. **UTA Libraries seeks the author of the publication about the status of their work**en_US
